I love writing, though I hate writing about myself. This is one of those unfortunate times when the topic can’t be avoided.

So, I’m a copywriter, creative director, university professor, writer, screenwriter, and dad to two boys. (Kids are awesome, but I wouldn’t recommend it.)

As a copywriter or creative team leader, I’ve had the honor of working with big brands like Nike, Coca-Cola, YouTube, Converse, Natura, Olympikus and HBO.

My work has been recognized at festivals like D&AD, Brazilian Creative Club, FIAP, Wave Festival, and El Ojo de Iberoamérica. I was a Young Lion representing Brazil at Cannes Lions.

My novel Catalog of Resentments was a finalist for the SESC Literature Prize, the most prestigious award for unpublished writers in Brazil.

I also wrote the screenplay for Elefante na Sala, a film that’s been selected for festivals in Brazil and abroad, and won awards for Best Screenplay and Best Short Film at the Gramado Film Festival.

I was born in Porto Alegre, swam until my early 20s, and, with some relief, I’ve come to realize that this text just needs an unavoidable period.
